Step 1: Getting to Know You
We begin by learning about the learner’s preferences, interests, and goals. Through this process, we gather valuable insights into their strengths and areas for improvement.

Step 2: Learner Evaluation
We use the results of standardized assessments, such as the elementary IAR and MAP, and the high school PSAT and
SAT, to better understand the learner’s strengths and areas for growth. In certain cases, additional assessments may be
needed to provide a more comprehensive view of the learner’s needs.

Step 3: Registration
Finally, we create a customized learning plan tailored to the learner’s unique needs and interests, offering one-on-one or
small group instruction from our experienced team.
